1. Who we are
The 24each team operates 24each. Questions, privacy requests, and reports about an event or photo can be sent to ryan@igritt.com.
2. Information we handle
- Event photos and capture details. When you use a 24each camera, we receive the photo you take plus technical details needed to save it, such as the event, camera session, shot number, image dimensions, capture time, file size, and an integrity checksum.
- Camera session information. The guest camera creates an anonymous session so it can enforce the 24-shot limit, show your own developed photos, and retry uploads when a connection returns. The session is identified by a secure cookie, not by an account.
- Optional guest details. Some event organizers may enable fields such as a display name, email address, or phone number. Those details are collected only when the event presents the field and you choose to submit it.
- Host account information. Event hosts may provide an email address, display name, password, passkey, event details, album settings, and other workspace configuration.
- Payment information. Hosts may purchase event access through Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes payment card details. 24each receives checkout and order references, payment status, amount, and related transaction metadata, not the full card number.
- Security and operations data. We use limited request, device, and network information to prevent abuse, rate-limit public endpoints, authenticate hosts, diagnose failures, and keep the service reliable. We do not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
3. Camera access
The iPhone app and web camera request camera permission only to scan an event QR code and take event photos. We do not record audio, read your photo library, or keep a live camera feed. A photo is created only when you press the shutter.
4. How we use information
- Provide the event camera, upload queue, personal session gallery, and shared album.
- Apply the host-selected photo treatment and deliver photos to the selected event.
- Authenticate and protect host workspaces, including passkeys and session revocation.
- Process event purchases and prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions.
- Secure the service, investigate abuse, answer support requests, and improve reliability.
5. When information is shared
Event photos are shared with the event organizer and anyone the organizer gives the private event album link to. Do not photograph or upload something you do not want visible to those people.
We use service providers that help us operate 24each, including private object storage, database hosting, Stripe for payments, and optional webhook or logging services configured by an event host or administrator. Those providers receive only the information needed for the service they provide and must protect it under their applicable terms.
We do not sell personal information and do not use event photos for advertising. We do not use advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking.
6. Retention and deletion
Photos and event records remain available while the event exists. An event administrator can remove individual photos, close an event, or delete the event and its stored photos. Because organizers control the life of an event, there is no universal automatic deletion date.
You can ask us to help with a privacy or deletion request by emailing ryan@igritt.com. Include the event link or album link when possible. We may need to verify the request with the event organizer or account owner. Limited copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or operational logs before normal expiration.
7. Your choices
- Decline camera permission or stop using the camera at any time.
- Ask an event organizer or 24each to remove a photo or guest details.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your use of an event.
- Contact us about a photo that is abusive, unlawful, or shared without permission.
Requests can be sent to ryan@igritt.com. We do not use your information for promotional email campaigns.
8. Children
24each is an event photography service, not a service directed to children. We do not knowingly create accounts for children or knowingly collect children’s personal information. Event organizers are responsible for deciding whether their event and guest instructions are appropriate for minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as 24each changes. The date above identifies the latest version. If a change materially affects how we use information, we will provide notice through the service or another reasonable channel.
