24each / Support

A little help for the big day.

Whether the QR code needs another scan or a photo needs the organizer’s attention, this is the quickest way to get unstuck.

For a fast answer, include the event link, the phone model, and what happened. Please do not send passwords or payment card numbers.

Using the guest camera

Camera permission

Allow camera access when asked. If you previously declined it, open iPhone Settings → 24each → Camera and turn it on, then reopen the app.

Event link safety

Use the QR card or full link supplied by the event host. 24each only accepts secure event links on 24each.com.

Photos still saving

Keep the app available while a photo is saving. If the connection drops, 24each keeps the capture on the device and retries when you are online.

Report a photo or event

24each event albums are controlled by the event organizer. If a photo is abusive, unlawful, infringing, or shared without permission, email ryan@igritt.com with the album link, photo number, and a short explanation. We may remove content, close an event, or contact the organizer while we review the report.

Event organizers can remove individual photos from the event admin page and can close or archive an event to stop new captures.

For event hosts

Use the admin portal to create an event, print its QR card, set the event live, watch incoming photos, remove a photo, and close the camera. Keep the album link private and share it only with the people you want to see the event.
